Job Title: IT Account Manager
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonus
Contract – Full-time – Permanent.

IT Account Manager. This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to build relationships, deliver tailored IT solutions, and drive business growth.
In this client-facing position, you will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and serve as the go-to contact for client needs. With a mix of account management and business development, you'll play a critical role in supporting clients across the UK while enhancing the company's market presence.
Job Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their IT and telecommunications needs are understood and met.
- Responsible for renewing existing agreements and adding in additional services.
- Identify I.T opportunities with potential new customers.
- Visit client sites across the UK (predominantly within 90 miles of Sheffield) to provide personalized service.
- Attend networking events, and build our brand awareness across the region.
- Deliver tailored IT solutions that align with client goals and the company's offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they are happy with the service.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to provide seamless support.
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new business.
What we're looking for: - Proven experience in IT sales and account management.
- A good understanding of IT, including software, hardware, and related systems.
- Experience in VoIP and broadband sales preferred.
- Energetic, ambitious and driven mindset.
- A full UK driving license (required for visiting client sites).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
